Refund Policy for Capitalist Health Preventive Platforms Private Limited

www.capitalisthealth.com is owned and operated by Capitalist Health Preventive Platforms Private Limited. All purchases, contracts, and services across the website and its sub-domains are provided and billed by Capitalist Health Preventive Platforms Private Limited.

Payment & Cancellation:

All program fees must be paid in advance or according to an agreed payment plan. Once enrolled, cancellation does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund or waive any outstanding payment obligations, subject to applicable law.

Program Fee-Back Guarantee

Participants enrolled in the Scientific Evidence-Based Diabetes Reversal Program may be eligible for a refund of their program fee if they complete the program but do not achieve the intended diabetes reversal outcome.

To apply for the same, participants must:

1.⁠ ⁠Complete the full program.

2.⁠ ⁠Follow the Standard Operating Procedures, Guidelines and required action steps provided during the program.

3.⁠ ⁠Complete and maintain all required trackers, assessments and records.

4.⁠ ⁠Provide evidence of adherence when requested.

5.⁠ ⁠Failure to substantially follow these requirements may make the participant ineligible for a refund.

Refund Requests

Eligible refund requests must be submitted to connect@capitalisthealth.com within 5 days of completing the program.

Approved refunds will be limited to the program fee actually paid to Capitalist Health Preventive Platforms Private Limited and will be returned through the original payment method.

Laboratory tests, medicines, medical consultations, investigations, devices and any other third-party expenses paid separately by the participant are not covered by the refund.

The Program Fee-Back Guarantee is subject to the terms of this policy and applicable law.
